Important Ticket Information
What’s included: Your ticket includes entry to the museum, access to interactive chocolate-making demonstrations, and tasting of different types of chocolate. An audio guide is also included and available in multiple languages.
Ticket options: Standard admission is available for adults, with reduced prices for children, students, and seniors. Family tickets are also available.
Special offers:
- Children under 3 years old enter free of charge.
- Discounted admission is available for children (ages 3–11), students, and seniors (65+).
- Group rates apply for bookings of 15 people or more.
- Combination tickets are available with other Brussels attractions through the Brussels Card.
Exchanges: Tickets are non-refundable but can sometimes be rescheduled depending on availability. Contact the museum directly for changes.
Planning Your Visit
Opening days: Choco-Story Brussels is open daily.
Hours of operation: The museum is open from 10:00 to 18:00, with last entry at 17:00.
Closure: The museum is closed on January 1st and December 25th.
Peak times: The museum is busiest in the afternoons, especially on weekends and during school holidays. For a quieter visit, consider going in the morning.
