How long is my tour?

Each tour description includes a detailed itinerary, showing the places you’ll visit and the approximate time spent at each location. Most of our coach tours are between 2.5 to 12 hours depending on the destinations and traffic conditions, walking tours are 2.5 hours at most. For custom private tours, our admin team will communicate the agreed upon hours.

Do I need to carry my passport with me?

Visitors to Belgium are not required to carry their passport while on tours, but it’s always a good idea to have a photo copy with you just in case.

What do I need to show my guide upon arrival?

You will receive an electronic copy of your tour confirmation and any tickets in your booking email. Printing is not necessary unless specifically stated. Simply bring yourself and your group.

Do you provide food and drinks on the tour?

We do not provide food or drink on our tours, unless stated otherwise (for example chocolate tasting) however your guide will recommend you the best places to eat and drink in the cities you visit.

Where will the guide meet us?

Your booking confirmation will show the exact meeting point for your tour. For private tours, your driver can pick you up from your hotel, the airport, or your cruise port.

Do I need to wear a face mask?

Face masks are no longer required in public spaces in Belgium. However, you may wear one if it makes you feel more comfortable.

Do I need to leave a tip for the guide/driver?

Tipping is not compulsory in Belgium, but guides and drivers will appreciate any gratuity if you wish to show your appreciation.

Where are your departure locations?

All departure points are listed on our departure info page. You can select your preferred location when booking and should arrive a few minutes early at the correct meeting point.

How do I get my ticket?

Once your booking is complete, an electronic ticket will be emailed to you with all the necessary details. Printing is optional; you can simply show your ticket on any device when you check in.
